Coffee afternoon in Moraira to raise funds for two important charities

-

A SPECIAL charity coffee klatch – meaning a social gathering for coffee and conversation – will be held from 2.30pm on September 18 in the garden of 4 Calle Gijon, Moraira, organised by Sue and Pat Donovan.

The cost of coffee and cake will be only €4 per head accompanied by live music and at 4pm there will be a raffle and auction conducted by Lee from Druids Cave.

All proceeds will be donated to the charities Macmillan cancer support and MABS cancer support group.

For those who would like further information on MABS which is Spanish based, their website is www.mabscancersupport.org whilst you can check out Macmillan at www.macmillan.org.uk

With a very healthy €2,200 collected last year, these two charities certainly hope that residents of Moraira will be even more generous this year. To help with this event, any donations of cakes, goods for raffle or auction or costume jewellery will be greatly appreciated by the organisers who themselves can be contacted on 689 502 549 or email This email address is being protected from spambots.
