Elvis and Mills & Boone bring in the euros for the Teulada-Moraira Lions

-

ON Friday November 6, a packed house at Espai La Senieta was treated to a fabulous night of music.

The Teulada-Moraira Lions latest fundraising concert was opened by a duo of Welsh lassies, Mills & Boone who were every bit as good as they were at their first appearance at La Senieta some two years ago.

Wowing the audience on their own account wasn’t enough.

The girls also returned to the stage for the second part of the concert to provide the backing vocals as Simon Patrick, the international Elvis tribute singer, stormed through his set with a selection of great songs made famous by The King, the late, great Elvis Aaron Presley, which had people dancing in the aisles.

All were treated to an excellent evening of live entertainment and one which was also very successful as a TM Lions fundraising event, adding some €1,350 which will go towards funding Lions charitable projects and ongoing work in the local community.
