It was a very nice surprise to get a telephone call from Graham Haywood of the Campoverde Theatre Group. This individual was ringing David & Loraine Whitney, fund raisers for the AFA Alzheimers Torrevieja, to advise all of them that they had a donation of three hundred Euros for the charity.

With recent fund raising activities the generosity of people has been incredible and at present David and Lorraine have now raised 2000 Euros with this worthwhile charity. With another occasion just around the corner (Mingle Bells at the Marina Bar, Calle de las Rosas on the 13th Dec) it wants be a very successful and fulfilling time of year.
