Carl Hannan, following a six-week trial on Teesside Crown Court, awaits sentencing after he and six accomplices were found guilty of the above accidents.
The 34-year-old had been accused of heading a country-wide plot, involving Liverpool and Newcastle gangs. Other users of his Middlesbrough-based crew incorporated David Butler, 47, Robert Hutchinson, 32, Mark Robinson, 37, Claire Robinson, 33, Gordon Mackenzie, thirty-three, and Colin McNally, 46.

Earlier, Carl and brother Stuart had been falsely accused of illegal-weapons possession, including the sawn-off shotgun, during a murder demo, after their cousin Lee, twenty nine, had been stabbed to death within Grangetown, Redcar.
