IN just seventeen hours, a Spanish doctor offers performed radical sex-change surgery, which often takes up to 10 years in Spain.

The astonishing medical cutting-edge was performed by a Spanish group, on a 29-year-old transgender man, on Valencia-based private hospital Imed.
